Article XV
EXTRATERRITORIAL APPLICATION
The Rules apply to all delegate, alternate delegate and International Officer nominations and elections, both inside and outside the territorial jurisdiction of the United States. No distinction shall be made between nominations and elections conducted within the United States and those conducted outside the United States.
